Brand identity for a virtual care service

A logo, identity system, and marketing collateral for e-care online, a virtual care service from Neural Rehabilitation Group.

e-care online extends Neural Rehabilitation Group's in-person care into remote support delivered by text, phone, and video. The service covers cueing and prompting for daily routines, medication reminders, meal support, mobility guidance, behavioural support, and supervisory care for clients who need contact between in-person visits. It is a distinct offering under the NRG umbrella, built for clients, families, and referral partners to understand on its own terms.

The challenge: an identity of its own

e-care online needed a brand that stood apart from its parent organization while still carrying a clear connection to it. The service covers a wide range of support, from medication compliance to de-escalation during unpredictable behaviour, and the identity had to represent that range without reading as clinical or impersonal. It also had to hold up in the settings where NRG does much of its business development: trade shows, conferences, and meetings with referral partners.

What we built: identity and collateral for a referral audience

We designed the e-care online logo and a full identity system, including colour palette, typography, and usage guidelines to keep the brand consistent across every application. From there we produced marketing collateral and trade show signage that put the service in front of case managers and other referral partners directly, giving the NRG team a set of materials built specifically for e-care rather than adapted from the parent brand. Every asset was supplied as production-ready artwork, correctly set up for both print and large format output.
